REFUND POLICY
Last updated: June 30, 2026
By purchasing from Vaulted at https://vaultedcheats.mysellauth.com/, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or the license/key has been issued. Digital goods cannot be returned, so we are unable to offer refunds except where the specific conditions below are met.
2. WHEN A REFUND MAY BE CONSIDERED
A refund may only be considered if the product does not work at the time of purchase. To qualify, all of the following must apply:
- You report the issue to us through our Discord within a reasonable time of purchase.
- You cooperate with our support team and provide any requested proof, screenshots, or troubleshooting.
- The product is confirmed by us to be genuinely non-functional and the issue is not covered by the exclusions below.
3. EXCLUSIONS (NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN)
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Updating: The product is temporarily down, disabled, or being updated/maintained.
- Use at Own Risk: Any bans, detections, or consequences resulting from using the product. All products are used entirely at your own risk.
- Detected: The product becoming detected after purchase. Detection is an inherent risk of this type of software and is not grounds for a refund.
- You changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, or no longer want it.
- Your system does not meet the requirements, or you failed to follow the provided setup instructions.
- Violation of our Terms of Service, including sharing, reselling, or leaking products.
4. CHARGEBACKS
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first is considered fraud. It will result in a permanent ban from all Vaulted products and services, and any open disputes will be contested with evidence of delivery.
5. HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT
All refund requests and support are handled exclusively through our Discord server. Open a ticket and our team will assist you: https://discord.gg/AVKSdTycCc
